  • They make content searchable and filterable within the system.

  • You can search for content using keywords (e.g., 'Fi360').

  • The system will display results that match the search term.

  • Tags can be created and managed by users.

  • Some tags are pre-defined (out of the box), but custom tags can also be created.

  • To create a tag, enter the desired tag name in the 'Tag(s)' section of a slide or presentation (e.g., 'Social Security').

  • Hit 'Enter' and then 'Update' to save the new tag which will then automatically be saved to the 'Manage Tags' section for future use.

  • You can also add a tag in the 'Manage Tags' dropdown and it will be searchable and available when creating slides and presentations
